As everyone knows; Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland & Wales did not qualify for the european champions in 2008. The aim of this Petition is to highlight the desire of football fans across the UK & Ireland to watch their nation's football teams take part in a 5 nations mini tournament. It seems like a good idea for each country's team to do 'something' in 2008 with the vacant time they now have.
