Honorable U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon,
Please immediately appoint an independent UN prosecutor to carry out the investigation of the assassination of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Ms. Benazir Bhutto. People from all the federating units of Pakistan demand that the same level of investigation should be carried out as performed in the assassination case of the Lebanese PM Harriri.
No Pakistani investigation is likely to have credibility with the people of Pakistan, in particular with the Sindhis who were strong supporters of Ms. Bhutto and believe that the Pakistani military agencies under the direction of the Pakistani dictator Musharraf are responsible for this heinous crime.
