Unfair Airtel Recharge

Respected, This is phanendra anakapalli, and my Airtel Mobile no. 9810954322. Today(16th August 2011, 18.08IST) i have recharged with an amount of Rs 200/-(Rupees two hundred only) to refill the amount, and the recharge was success full and i got 1/- as balance as it was supposed to Rs. 179.32/- . As today(16th August 2011, 18.08 IST) the petitioner has recharged with an amount of Rs 200/- for his airtel mobile. but the petitioner got only Rs 1/- as balance instead of Rs. 179.32/-. i hope you will allow this to be considered and do the needful.
