This petition is directed to those who run Neopets.Com.
We, as your users, are extremely unhappy with the way things are run, on Neopets.Com, and we feel that you should hear us on our suggestions.
Many users have been sharing their stories of lost accounts, due to being accused of scamming other members unfairly. We have lost accounts, and gotten warnings for things we haven't even done. I personally have had an account almost a year old becuase Neopets.Com accused me of scamming other members, when I know I wasn't. If anything, I report scammers to try and make Neopets a better place for all players. There are many of us who try to help in taking down these scammers, but we end up getting caught in the crossfire, and we lose our accounts, neopoints, pets and items. This isn't fair, and it's time that we let you know.
Some of the policies have to change if you'd like your users to stay happy. Issuing warnings for no valid reason, freezing accounts where there should be no blame placed, we will not tolerate this anymore, and will organize a boycott of your sponsors if this keeps up.
