Video game companies racing to release unfinished/buggy products.

This is becoming more and more prominant over the years that the big corporations care more about making money than serving the people with a quality product. Video game companies take the cake with this because they will even offer deals on pre-orders of their game with bonuses like better guns, exclusive modes, power ups and sometimes even a price reduction on the game. The problem with this however is that the company ends up making mass sales on the game before it's even released and because of that they care less about the quality of the game on release. 

I have bought and played many games that come out with so many bugs, glitches and bad coding that it renders the game unplayable. The worst part is that the company is often working on DLC or expansions before these issues are even cleared up. 

The bottom line is that these companies are not going to stop race-releasing games so long as they continue to make a huge haul on release and a lot of people are left feeling ripped off(especially those that forked out the extra money for deluxe editions that go for upward of 90-120$ but even the base games are 60-70$). 

I would like to petition that a law be implemented. One stating that if a video game is released that has bugs, glitches or graphical issues that make it so you cannot play it in the way that is advertised, even on a high end gaming pc. That the company which has released the game in question be required to offer those affected a full refund; even 3-6 months after the purchase in-case the game was an early xmas/bday gift or the buyer was waiting for a patch to fix the game and the patch was not released. 

When the game companies are no longer able to profit from incomplete product then they will be more likely to only release quality product that is worth what the consumor is paying.
