We demand an immediate replacement of the Kenyan Embassy in Berlin staff

Honorable Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. George Saitoti Permanent Secretary to Ministry of Foreign Affairs Thuita Mwangi 10th March 2011. We the undersigned are in an effort to address the services provided by the Kenyan Embassy in Berlin. The complaints forwarded about the poor service and rudeness of the workers has been overwhelming. This complaints vary from those who apply for new passports to those who seek regular information. The Embassy, also accredited to Romania and Bulgaria, has not served us to our expectations. As we welcome great news of development and better governance in our home country, we, the Kenyan Diaspora in Germany, are held back by the Kenyan Embassy in Berlin.
