Petition to voice anger regarding the quality of FIFA 2004.
As you are probably aware if you have reached this page, EA have released their latest version of FIFA Football for various formats. The game titled 'FIFA 2004' has had a lot of gamers on the edge of their seats waiting to find out what improvements the latest version had over it predecessors.
For the past decade EA have been producing FIFA games and it has been regarded as one of the best - if not the best football game for any format, but recently other titles such as 'Pro Evolution Soccer' (PS2) have been tempting many FIFA owners away from EA's title.
The main problems with FIFA 2004 (as 2003) appear to be the number of 'bugs' or 'faults' with the game, and although this petition has been made after only 3 days of playing the game I feel that there are many more bugs or faults yet to be discovered.
What this petition has been created for is to alert Electronic Arts about the sub-standard quality of the FIFA games and to bring attention to the fact that owners of FIFA are not going to accept this type of 'money making' exercise any more.
Why FIFA 2004 was developed in Canada - rather than a country that has a passion and understanding for football such as the UK or somewhere in Europe is completely incomprehensible.
We the undersigned propose that unless significant steps are taken to improve the quality and accuracy of the FIFA series, then you leave us no alternative than to boycott EA's FIFA games and use others instead. We also understand that FIFA have licensed their players, teams and leagues to you exclusively and we will be advising FIFA of the lack of attention to detail and your poorly managed monopoly of the FIFA licence.

I can't get out of online matchup screen without closing the process in task manager. The game play is slow and jerky. Not all of the buttons respond during play. All in all this seems like a step back from the wonderful FIFA 2003.
