WHY IS KILLING HEALTHY PETS LEGAL AND FUNDED?

Is that your pet? no it just comes up, i feed it a chip every now and again. I don't know WHO it belongs to. OK... if you FEED it you need to go REGISTER it as YOURS b/c it IS yours... if you DON'T feed it, you need to take it to the NO KILL ANIMAL SHELTER so it can be fed properly and be spayed and FIND a REAL home! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP CITIzens... If you want to keep it... this pet must be on a HOME roster in your home registed as a FAMILY member... and at this time can also be made a TAX DEDUCTABLE/ minor. Must have good vet referrences to have pets in your posession and on the city roster for you to adopt a pet... TAX DEDUCTABLE... lets DO it! Let's Empelment the ideas that will END PET SUFFERING forever! NO ONE KILLS ENDANGERED SPECIES: if pets become this....the same laws can protect them that protect HAWKS right now. We Must RESTRICT BREEDING in this very same Roster List Way... HELP to do this.. it will take each of us to care and to share to end the gross mess we put pets through, millions of pets through on a daily basis. MILLIONS of healthy pets EVERY DAY are deliberately killed in KILL SHELTERS called they HUMANE SOCIETY!!??? WE have to love pets more than our own selfish FLUFF DESIRES..... REGULATED and RESTRICTED BREEDING is a SELFLESS ACT for HUMANS and a GIFT to pets. If we leggally kill pets... we can't legally breed! WHy is that such a hard concept??? Don't breed or buy while shelter pets die??? As long as laws support functions such as healthy pet murdering.... no breeding should be taking place or be supported in anyway and our tax dollars pay for this inhumanity... take care of the ones that are HERE first. DON'T LEGALLY BREED WHILE MILLIONS OF PETS ARE PURPOSELY KILLED IN SHELTERS EVERY DAY!! LETS get real, lets be responsible and end the needless suffering. It's Quite a HUGE "no brainer" here to emplement. STOP DELIBERATE CRUELTY If Breeding is LEGAL, than Killing pets can't be... IF KILLING PETS is LEGAL than BREEDING can't be legal at that same time... it's CRUEL and EVIL, IRRESPONSIBLE PRACTICE! Laws MUST SUPPORT THAT. Just as Restaurants and Day care have regulations we need to employ pet DHR to monitors for the NO KILL PET SHELTERS! WE DON"T CLOSE DOWN PET SHELTERS to give pets no place to go..... we fire and rehire and FIX the sheleters to make INTO true NO KILL, CLEAN, HUMAN SOCIETIES. Let's get smart! There is nothing humane about KILLING A HELTHY PET OR BREEDING WHILE HEALTHEY PETS ARE LEGALLY MURDERED, millions on a daily basis!!! YEAH!! lets spread this truth. Pet Police will employ interested workers to properly give leash law a new name. Today, leash law means we take the pet into the so called humane soc. and kill it... Nothing humane about THAT! Healthy Pets should not be killed and while they are leggally being killed on a daily basis in every state... BREEDING should be illegal. PS: and FDA needs MAJOR CHANGES starting with THROWN OUT FOOD givin TO HUNGRY PETS! No human or pet should starve in this country!
