The 1955 Film classic East of Eden deserves a "Collectors Edition" DVD. It is the first of James Dean's 3 major films, and many people consider it the best. The DVD could take full advantage of the wide screen - something that most viewers have never seen with this title. This should be the year of release - Steinbeck's centennial. Also, the extra features should be made now to take advantage of the surviving cast and crew.
