2010 Game Competiton Justice

Dear hoster of 2010 Summer Game Competition,

with this petition we protest against the Disqualification of Traevaine Entertainment and their entry 'Panthera Game Project', also known as 'Panthera'.
'Traevaine Entertainment' is a small team of independent artists who work internationally on their projects in their freetime, beneath school or job.

We think that their votes are all legit and given by single persons and are not coming through them creating multiple accounts on 'blenderartists.com'.
The voting (http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?t=205907) was lead by Traevaine Entertainment, and is now (7-Jan 2011) still on the first place, with the most votes.

The disqualification, which was given officially for the fault of team member 'Blinkwing', who voted for every project including Panthera, and the rule break that comes with it, is not given reasoned. 'Traevaine' was punished for a vote which equals no voting at all.
Also 'Traevaine Entertainment' as a team apologized officially, and 'Blinkwing' apologized as a single person.

There have been several more cases of accidental and knowingly rule breaking on this competition which did not result in any warning or any disqualification.

We have following reasons for this petition:
1. 'Traevaine Entertainment' is a big team, they should not be punished for the fault of one member.
2. 'Traevaine Entertainment' shall not be punished any harder then any other entrant.
3. 'Traevaine Entertainment' is on the first place (7-Jan 2011) and, aslong as the opposite isnt proven, should be treaten innocent, concerning the accusations of faking their votes.


We ask you, for the reasons listed above, to repeal the disqualification on Traevaine Entertainment
