Abolish the ban of fireworks in the state of Georgia

We the undersigned of this one cyber document all agree and share the same voice to the complaints in which will be stated in a proceeding list.
a) Georgia law should abolish all laws and/or stipulations regarding the ban of using any explosive, projectile, etc. which may be found under the description of "fireworks".
b) The banning of sales of such explosives, projectiles, etc. which may be under the description of "fireworks" should be abolished in the state of Georgia.
c) The the restriction of such explosives, projectiles, etc. is not only a stain to our rights in which we as Americans are entitled to, but is also a stain on the population of Georgia whom wish to celebrate with, demonstate with, and collect such fireworks.
The voice of this petition is for the purpose of legalizing the use and the sale of fireworks in the state of Georgia. Please help in the effort to accomplish something that should have been dealt with a long time before hand.

Lifting the ban would provide a new source of revenue statewide. Our neighboring states allow fireworks, so a careful observation of their policies and activities should provide all the state needs to make a decision on the matter.
