Do Not Let Rhonda Die in Vain! Petition against the Release of Carl Darrell Hutto From Alabama Federal Prison.

This petition is AGAINST the release of Carl Darrell Hutto, AIS # 148575.
On July 30th 1987 he murdered the mother of his Children. He was found Guilty of the murder of his exwife, Rhonda K. Hutto at age of 24 mother of his 3 girls ages 5, 3, and 13 mths. He Beat her throughout the marriage then chased her and murdered her by shooting her in the back and fracturing her skull with the gun handle. Her last words she screamed was "Help me momma he's killing me". Leaving these girls with only photos over their mother.

In prision he has defied orders to stay away from the girls, fought inmates and D.O.C. officers. Spent time in solitude. This is a dangerous man whom has left a community and family scared for life.

Please sign this petition on behalf of all victims of Domestic Violence to help ensure our safety and all other battered women by helping with this one.
