Allow spanish customers to buy in E.L.F. UK

To the E.L.F. USA and UK customer service:

We, the Spanish customers, are petitioning to the E.L.F. USA and UK customer service to be able to buy in the E.L.F. UK site, and not to be forced to buy in the Spanish website. Lots of us have bought in the Spanish site and we have encountered the following problems:

- The prices stated before the opening of the E.L.F. Spain site were NOT the ones established after the opening.
- There have been a lot of problems with the orders, such as items lost (some girls bought 5 items but when their orders arrived it was only 2 or 3 products in the package), broken items, spoiled items (one girl received a brush with GLUE on it), or even orders that arrived completely EMPTY. Also, there have been some orders that NEVER arrived and E.L.F. Spain DIDNT take any responsibility of this.
- The prices of the Mineral range are higher compared with the ones on the E.L.F. UK site. For example, in the Spanish site, the Mineral Foundation costs 6 euros and the Large Mineral Booster costs 9 euros; but in the E.L.F. UK site the Mineral Foundation costs 4 euros and the Large Mineral Booster costs 5.80 euros
- The restock of the products takes way too long in the Spanish site. The first restock of products since the opening took almost 4 months, then all the (few) products restocked were sold in just a few hours, and now E.L.F. Spain is not giving a concrete date for the next restock. By the way, the last time when that restock and all the products were sold was almost 2 months ago, and almost the products in the website are NOW sold out, so we cant buy all the items we want.


For all of these and some other reasons, we want to have the OPTION and BE ABLE to buy in the E.L.F. UK site in addition of buying only in the E.L.F. Spain website. This is not only our problem, Im sure youre loosing a lot of clients and volume of sales because all of these problems. And of course the public image of the brand, here in Spain in lots of blogs, forums and Youtube videos, is not having the best impression.

Para el servicio de atenciуn al cliente de E.L.F. USA y UK:

Nosotras, las clientes espaсolas, queremos pedir al servicio de atenciуn al cliente de E.L.F. USA y UK el ser capaces de comprar en la web de E.L.F. UK, y no estar forzadas a comprar en la pбgina web espaсola. Muchas de nosotras hemos comprado en la pбgina espaсola y nos hemos encontrado con los siguientes problemas:

- Los precios fijados antes de la apertura de la web E.L.F Espaсa NO son los mismos establecidos despuйs de la apertura.
- Ha habido muchos problemas con los pedidos, tales como productos perdidos (algunas chicas compraron 5 productos pero cuando llegaron sus pedidos sуlo habнa 2 o 3 productos dentro del paquete), productos rotos, productos estropeados (una chica recibiу un pincel con PEGAMENTO en йl), o incluso pedidos que llegaron completamente VACНOS. Tambiйn algunos pedidos NUNCA llegaron y E.L.F. Espaсa NO tomу ninguna responsabilidad al respecto.
- Los precios de la gama Mineral son mбs altos comparados con los de la pбgina de E.L.F. UK. Por ejemplo, en la web espaсola la Base Mineral cuesta 6 euros y el Mineral Booster en tamaсo grande cuesta 9 euros; pero en la web de E.L.F. UK la Base Mineral cuesta 4 euros y el Mineral Booster en tamaсo grande cuesta 5,80 euros.
- La reposiciуn de los productos tarda demasiado tiempo en la pбgina espaсola. La primera reposiciуn de productos desde la apertura tardу casi 4 meses, luego todos los (pocos) productos que se repusieron se agotaron en sуlo unas horas, y ahora E.L.F. Espaсa no estб dando ninguna fecha concreta para la prуxima reposiciуn. Por cierto, la ъltima vez que fue la reposiciуn y que los productos se agotaron fue hace 2 meses, y casi todos los productos que AHORA hay en la pбgina web estбn agotados, y por ello no podemos comprar todos los productos que nos gustarнa.

Por todas estas y algunas otras razones, queremos tener la OPCIУN y SER CAPACES de comprar en la pбgina de E.L.F. UK en vez de poder comprar solo en la web de E.L.F. Espaсa. Si quieren echar un vistazo a todas las quejas y ver por ustedes mismos todas las clientes insatisfechas y sus problemas con los pedidos hechos a la pбgina de E.L.F. Esto no es solo nuestro problema, estoy segura de que estбn perdiendo muchos clientes y volumen de ventas por todos estos problemas. Y por supuesto la imagen pъblica de la marca, aquн en Espaсa en muchos blogs, foros y vнdeos de Youtube, no estб teniendo la mejor impresiуn.
