This is with regards to the article written by you in Mumbai Mirror on 21/03/2009 regarding our beloved Syedna Saheb, wherein you stated the title as "SLAUGHTER GOATS TO SAVE SYEDNA". The way you have written the article has hurt the feelings of our community members and you have showed disrespect to our beliefs.
Also, you did not convey the actual message in the article which was "1.Recite "Quraan ul Kareem", 2.Recite "Sura yaseen"(a chapter) from "Quraan ul kareem", 3.Recite "Doa" especially three Doa(the names of every Doa mentioned), 4.Go to your Sacred Saints Tomb OR Graves and pray for Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin's(TUS) recovery with good health. 5.Perform Zabihat(which you mentioned as slaughtering a goat).
Hence, we request you to kindly Apologize for hurting our sentiments by printing the same in your newspaper, just the way you have reported the article.
