etycja kierowana do oddziału Asus Polska, w sprawię wadliwych notebookow serii K52. Celem jest, nagłośnienie sprawy gdyż Asus nie szanuje klientów, zmieniając co pewien czas teorie na temat naprawy. A nawet winę, kierują na stronę konsumenta. Tak było w moim przypadku. W serwisie dolutowywane są kabelki do całkiem nowych komputerów, a nawet to nie zawsze pomaga. Daję to nam prawie towar refurbished. Oczekujemy oficjalnych wyjaśnień oraz przeprosin ze strony Asusa. Bardziej profesjonalnej obsługi klienta nie tylko klientów pokrzywdzonych przez wadliwą serię.
