We the undersigned ask that Canada's new jet fighters be an updated Avro Arrow rather than the American built F-35. We want "Jets built by Canadians for Canada". Keep our tax dollars at home. Develop and support hi-tech jobs in Canada. Rather than being just a parts supplier to the Americans (i.e The Canada-arm for the Space Shuttle) let's build the whole damn plane. Israel, a country with less than 8 million people, have built their own fighter jets since the 1960's. We know Canadian men and women can do the same. Have faith in us.
