Ask.fm is a poorly designed concept. The website aims to provide a service for people to ask others questions, with the ability to remain anonymous. Despite the creators inventing the site as a form of social media to better know your mates, it is plagued by delinquents that use the platform to direct their abuse. Ask.fm provides a service that is much appreciated by the bully. The fact that their identity remains concealed, and that no matter what happens, they're not known. This is disgraceful when it is manipulated to the receivers dis-advantage. Ask.fm has been the cause of many suicide cases within teenagers, and although there is no definite evidence that this is the only cause, we can be 100% certain it is the main cause! Everyday on Ask.fm, around 300,000 people sign up to the website, atleast 1/100 will receive threats of some kind. 1/100 people, that's one possible suicide case for every 100 people,and 300,000 sign on each day! We need to act to get some kind of control over the website. The site's report features is inadequate, and poorly designed due to the anonymous feature! We need to either get the page controlled and maintained, or banned from the web!
