Dear Mayor Michael Bloomberg, DOT Commissioner Iris Weinshall, Queens DOT Commissioner Constance Moran, Borough President Helen Marshall, Council Member Tony Avella, and Queens Community Board 7, let it be known by our signatures below that we who are residents of the Bay Terrace community of Queens County, New York, vehemently oppose the proposal to have muni-meters, parking meters or any other parking restrictions implemented on our residential community. To do so would negatively impact the quality of life of Bay Terrace residents.
