Such sea foods as fish, lobster, clams, and other transported or sold which were stored in water tanks that have no fresh water filters, or water was not changed within 3 hours. Such water contain 'dirt' from seafoods own animal wastes, and dirt from sea where the seafood was caught or 'seafood farms'.
