We, the undersigned, wish to share with you our sadness and disappointment in the axing of the popular Australian comedy show, Hamish & Andy.
These two men were naturals, and worked the cameras beautifully. They always managed to make people laugh, no matter how lame and tasteless the jokes may have been.
Truth be told, Australian television does lack good Aussie shows.
Programs like Popstars and My Restaurant Rules are all very entertaining, but how about screening more of those great sketches? We all love a good laugh, and a little giggle at others expense, and programs like this allow us to do that in the privacy of our own homes.
The sketches were genius, and the other segments an absolute crack up!
We really dont need another drama or reality show, it would only add up to the norm that were shown now, we need shows like Hamish & Andy.
Which is why I have written this petition. To bring justice to the television world. It may seem like the show didnt have that many viewers, but it did, and if they were given a second chance, and perhaps a different time slot, you wont be sorry.
