Bring back the Elemental Punches

Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, and Fire Punch were great moves. We would like them back through Move Tutors in Pokйmon Emerald. Many Pokйmon have lost them and have suffered as a result. Ampharos, Typhlosion, and several others are no longer usable and those are some of my favorite Pokйmon.
