Bring back the original Star Wars cantina scene with Han Solo and Greedo!!!

We, the undersigned, ask George Lucas to please consider the following. In the original release of the first Star Wars movie (A New Hope), Greedo confronts Han Solo in the cantina. In the ensuing exchange, Han Solo blasts Greedo, then walks out of the bar. However, in the (lamentably) revised Special Edition version, released on VHS, Greedo fires first, followed by a shot from Han Solo. This version was, ostensibly, chosen by Mr Lucas in order to make Han Solo seem kinder and gentler. We, as true Star Wars fans, object to this lessening of Han Solo's independent, adventurous, and self-reliant character. We ask Mr Lucas to retain this original version when the Star Wars trilogy is release on DVD later this year. In this day and age of bland political correctness, we ask that Mr Lucas not fall victim to this same lamentable revisionist editing that befell the Special Edition.

Mr Lucas: Please bring back the true vision of Han Solo and the adventurous spirit in all of us!
