Bring Back Weekday Morning/Afternoon Cartoons Back to the Major Networks ( FOX, UPN, WB)

Remember weekday morning and afternoon blocks like The Disney Afternoon, Fox Kids, UPN Kids, Kids WB and more? We need these blocks back because not everyone likes the cartoons on Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network etc and some people can't afford cable. Weekday cartoons began back in the late 70s and were popular until the late 90s when the FCC made a mandatory Educational rule stating that all stations must have 3 hours of educational programming a week. If you bring this trend back, it will be more popular than ever and more suitable for children who don't want to watch PBS. 24 Hour Cartoon Stations ruined the Weekday Morning/Afternoon and Saturday/Sunday Morning cartoon tradition. So please, bring the Weekday cartoons back so kids won't have to watch the cartoons on Cartoon Network or Toon Disney.
