This petition is to let the Calgary Flames organization know that us longtime, hardcore Flames fans would love to see Theoren Fleury return to the NHL, playing for the team that he started with and had his most success with; the Calgary Flames.
Yes, he's had his problems. Yes, he's probably not the same as he was. But we truly believe that if given the chance to come home to Calgary, something will light a fire inside of him and allow him to rekindle his spirit, which will ultimately help the Flames reach success. He has said he wants to play for the love of them
He may not fit into Sutter's "plan", but if he hears our voices we are confident he will listen and do the right thing.
