My fiance was deported back to mexico this year(2007) for dwi charges from 3 years ago...he was placed on probation and had been paying every since then. In february 15, our son's birthday, he went to pay his monthly probation fee as usual. ICE agents were there waiting on him and detained him as soon as he walked through the door. Other paying persons were detained also. He was taken to the county jail where he was held for 3 months. Finally he was deported to mexico. I was 8 months pregnant with our 2nd daughter. He has never held her and our other 2 children and I miss him terribly.please sign this petition to have him brought back to us. God bless.
