That the lawmakers in the United States of America, Houston, Texas specifically, seriously look into a way to prevent Mr. Carl (Coral) Eugene Watts from being released from prison in later 2006.
We ask that you all consider the violent nature of his crimes, and the emotionless way he has admitted to wanting to kill again.
We ask that you consider the families of the victims of his hate and spite, that you try to think of their never ending nightmares and agony.
We ask that this man, who has admitted to killing at least thirteen women, not be given the same freedom that he stole from each one of his victims. That he be somehow made to pay for what he has done.
We beg of you to think about all the women in the Houston area that would be constant walking, talking targets of his demented and twisted thoughts. We ask that you consider the women of Canada and Michigan whom would also be likely targets considering he's already killed there as well.
We ask you to think of your own Mothers, Sisters, Daughters, Aunts, Nieces, Cousins, and Friends. How would you feel if one of them was his next victim? Knowing that not all that could be done to prevent his freedom was done.
We are asking for justice to be served for women everywhere.
