Child support & Incarceration

I believe that when a spouse divorces while the wife or the husband is incarcerated for a period of six months or more, should not be allowed to start to collecting child support until the other spouse has been out of incarceration for at least thirty days. The spouse that is filing the divorce is unjustly creating a mounted bill, knowing that right when the spouse get out they need time to adjust and create a living enviroment for themselves. So they can get the time they need to get the job they need and be able to pay the child support. By the time they are out of prison thats when the courts attack and even through hardships, they continue to attack creating stress on the person so its almost impossible to do what needs to be done. I believe that a spouse should not be able to pursue child support until the incarcerated has been out thirty days. And futhermore if and any hardship should occure, I believe that the child support should be suspended until the hardship has been delt with.


Most spouses only divorce while the person incarcerated out of spite, and vengence so they can use the courts as a way to seek self gratifacation and abuses the court system to get what they want. And often times its the children that get hurt. It is also leading reason as to why there are so many deadbeat parents.
