Child support why the courts should review yearly

I would like to start a petition on why New Jersey courts should do more than just a cost of living increase in child support payments. If the courts can check to do a cost of living, I think they should be able to check at least once every two years how much the payor makes. Their are many people out there that pay almost nothing because they switch jobs after the court order and the other party can not afford to bring the payor back to court. I would like to see this happen to help parents that rely on their support to help to raise their children. They cannot afford to take money out of their household income just to bring the other parent back to court. please help me by signing my petition.
