Deadlands is a popular story-based role-playing game set in the "Weird West". It has a history similar to our own up until 1863. That's when the Reckoning occurs--a bizarre event that allows monsters, spirits, and more to once again inhabit the world of mortals. Players take on the role of gunfighters, hexslingers, shamans, or pious blessed in an attempt to learn about the Reckoning and the mysterious beings behind it!
