This new rewrote petition is to pursuit pulic international investigations to disarm U.S. government from its current space-based mind control weapons, other most current sophisticated high tech space-based weapons, and its daily round-the-clock attack activities using these satellite weapons since 2003. These secret ground-to-space-to-ground attack activities are most current high profile national security threats to all nations. The number of victims of these U.S. immoral satellite mind control weapon attacks is adding to the list hourly. It is all true to current claims on such current horrible crimes of U.S. governments. It must be to have public international investigations to most horrible human-rights torture violations of U.S. governement using satellite mind control weapons freely. It is to provide a good place such victims are to be able to join in with true reports and true crime claims against U.S. governements.

The U.S. governments have in hands space-based weapon systems with capable of attacking information and psychological security which can destroy information system and influence the population. The U.S. government is a current most secret threath to national security of other countries in this sphere.
