We condemn all acts of violence and harassment from the panhandlers of Dumbo, and call for them to depart from our area, leaving the streets of our neighborhood safe for ourselves and our children.
Our objective can be achieved by 1) creating greater awareness as to the real status of the panhandlers, who are neither homeless nor hungry, and 2) alerting the local authorities and police whevever any acts of physical or verbal violence occur. We commit to working together to clean up our neighborhood.
