Eliminate Mandatory Seatbelt Use

Once a person reaches the age of 19, Seatbelt use should be optional. There are many things that one can do by choice that are potentially harmful or fatal that we choose to do knowing full well that the consequences could be dire. By not wearing a seatbelt, the only person that could be harmed is myself, and if I want to take that chance so be it.  Nobody tells me that I can't jump out of a plane or go snowboarding, or climb mount everest. These are all things that I am free to choose to do if I want, knowing full well that I could die at any minute.  I can also get on my motorcycle and die in a crash. The list of death defying choices is endless.
