Eminent domain, is unconstitutional, as stated in the Bill of Rights, The
5th Amendment of the Bill of Rights Nor shall private property be taken for
Public use, without just compensation
{It will take the president to do this} It took an executive order by
President Roosevelt to issue the eminent domain, it will take an executive
Order to undo it.
