Enable paid apps for all countries on the Android Market!

The Android platform is now almost 2 years old and there is still only a handful of countries that are allowed to sell and buy apps on the Android Market. This is a scandal! How do they expect the Android Market to thrive when a whole lot of developers are being left out of the loop? In order for developers to spend time and effort developing for the Android platform they need to be able to take in revenues. Otherwise there's no way to survive. The current situation is filling up the market with home brewed apps that developers just don't have the time or inclination to perfect or give the love that they deserve.
