Nós, abaixo assinados, apoiamos a iniciativa da ONG CHICOTE NUNCA MAIS e nos juntamos a ela para exigir que a Empresa Pública de Transporte e Circulação - EPTC - torne públicas as contas referentes ao serviço de recolhimento, manutenção e guarda de animais e veículos de tração animal,seus acessórios e outros procedimentos afins, apurando eventuais responsabilidades de seus gestores, bem como garanta, em Juízo, que a Lei dos Crimes Ambientais seja cumprida, NÃO MAIS EFETUANDO O LEILÃO DE ANIMAIS VÍTIMAS DE ABANDONO OU MAUS TRATOS.
