This petition serves as a collection of signatures requesting an investigation on claims of rampant fraud perpetrated against citizens of Fresno CA.

These claims include acquirement of property and assets through forged documentation as well as scams involving acquirement of assets by sabotaging the health of unsuspecting victims. In some cases, victims are never seen again.

A citizen of Fresno has provided documentation and evidence we feel are deserving of a thorough investigation conducted by an agency of higher ranking authority overseeing city officials of Fresno who we, as concerned citizens, now question possible participation and cover-up. Her questions and expressions of concern in regards to these claims of fraud affecting the citizens of Fresno resulted in having a Restraining Order issued against her, which appears to be an extreme measure to withhold information instead of simply providing answers.
