FIFA Has To Replay The Ireland Match

First off here is what Fifa's mission statement:

FIFA is no longer merely an institution that runs our sport. It has now taken on a social, cultural, political and sporting dimension in the struggle to educate children. Id like to point out the last part..."to educate children" how is Thierry Henry's handball which finished Irish hopes of getting to South Africa not teaching to kids that it's ok to cheat a nation to win a match.
Thierry Henry admitted after the match on worldwide tv that he cheated and didnt mean it even though camera's clear show otherwise. This match has to be replayed as it ws less than ten mins to peno's.

Fifa if you want to really teach children to do the right thing...not only in sport but in life...you need to replay this match.
