We, The Undersigned ask that all Comcast customers receive 756kbps upload speed. The 256 kilobit upload speed is a very low speed when Comcast is advertising High speed connections, yet the upload on dialup is only 5x slower. This upload speed is very limiting and we believe that many users would benefit from an increase. We would appreciate an increase in download speed as well. We suggest that you create a no-frills tier, for less then the current cost, as not all customers want a high speed AOL. We ask that you stop trying to be an AOL highspeed clone, and start being a real ISP, putting most effort and cash into improving our speeds, and outdoing your competitors. Many customers do not want all the extras, many just have a need for speed. Many of your clients are families, and want just the ability to surf the Internet quickly, without extras, without breaking their budget. If you lower prices, increase speeds, and create a no-frills tier, you could make even more money. After all, that is what you look like you are about, money. At least, money, and becoming the next AOL.
