Flavored Milk out of LAUSD

Dear Superintendent Cortines, Board Members and Deputy David Binkle of LAUSD:
Our community is very concerned with childhood obesity and creating unhealthy food preferences in our children. Flavored milk is consumed by children everyday within LAUSD- that is too much sugar to allow children to have as part of their meal on a daily basis. We respectfully request that flavored milk be removed from the LAUSD food programs completely for the health of our children and our community.
PLEASE, NO MORE FLAVORED MILK. Thank you!
