Freedom of frend requests in Facebook

This petition is against draconian policies of administration of social-networking website www.facebook.com, especially with regards to freind requests. Since 500 million people worldwide use facebook.com, it's pretty certain that everyone has experienced the difficulty in sending friend requests, most of which are denied on the basis that they are being sent to strangers, but in reality receivers are our own friends. Moreover draconian system of blocking friend requests for many days will add to the burden. Please sign this petition if you believe a real change should occur in this policy, where Facebook users are free to send friend requests to whomever they prefer, keeping in mind that it's duty of receivers of such requests to either accept or deny them..
