We are signing this petition to get George Harrison, member of the Beatles, and a brilliant solo artist into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist. He composed such wonderful songs on his own including "My Sweet Lord," "What is Life," "Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth," and many other classic songs that still stand well today. More than 30 years after it first got to #1, "My Sweet Lord" got back to the top of the charts in 2002. This proves the staying power of George Harrison and shows that he is still a respected musical artist. He has never gotten the recognition he rightfully deserves and I think the world owes it to him.
