GIVE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH MORE POWERS TO STOP UNREGISTERED TATTOOISTS

All over the country there are many unregisted (illegal) people tattoing in their own homes or going to clients homes and tattoing/body piercing. These people have had no health and hygiene training and are putting people at risk of life threatening diseases. This petition is to submit to my local MP and try to get Environmental Health more powers to act against these offenders.
