APPEAL To The Honorable Justice Kapadia, the Chief Justice of India---- 9-04-2012 Respected Sir ; It pains me to address this letter to you as your Honor is the most Upright and Honest Chief Justice, this Country has ever known. But since the grief of the Common man needs to be addressed immediately as such I am making the Appeal to your Honor and your Colleague Judges of the Supreme Court as I made by mail but ignore. I, Neshat Ahmad of MBA M&S IIIrd semester, amity university Lucknow India campus wish to apprise you about my grievances. I had mailed v.c earlier but no action was taken till date. Sir, the examination of IIIrd semester is already 10th Nov., 2010. And still no due attention was paid in the present case. I am in great shock and in dilemma also about my career planning as the decision of the University Administration seem to have ruined my career and ultimately me. In this mail I had to apprised you about the whole condition but neither you nor University administration has given any information about the progress of the current case. Sir, actually I was suffering from severe jaundice during the period of July to September and again from dengue fever in October.That's why I failed to join the class and also failed to submit the project which i have done from Birla Sunlife Insurance, Kolkata under the guidance of Prof. Manoj Joshi. I was also in touch with him while carrying out the project. I had also SMSed and mailed him about the condition of my deteriorating health and also mailed the project so many times but no reply was made by him in this regard. Despite doing the project sincerely and also apprising the progress of the same to my supervisor, the Director and University Administration as well deny the fact and also not cooperating me. Sir, it is the matter of my career, so, I may kindly be permitted not only for submitting the project but also for appearing in speacial paper of third and fourth semester examination. By making the perusal of the ongoing facts and the apathy of the University Administration I will have you will definitely help me. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the mail and also take the proper action at the earliest possible, so that I may submit the project in time and also appear in the exam. Ijust want a approach from ur side to Atul chauhan sir v.c amity.I want to appear in special paper exam now to submit project which is ready completed and with me. i mail to v.c as i failed to turn up my class in 3rd semester.I mail to v.c about my health and my fathers health and the reason for my absent.v.c make inquiry here in lucknow and they replied he is continuous absent as i was absent.Then the Amity administration take this as i complain to v.c that the director intentionally debarring me from exams but this is false as i only mail to v.c that to only let him know as i was late i have to face many problems.i dont mail intentionally as a complain but i really suffers alot for this.i have spend 5.15 lakh but it seems that all goes in vain. so pls dont ignore this.my fate is depend on ur help.9839020152.firstly i want to meet you sir to narrate my problem .sir please dont make it public as i have to face adverse reaction.please save my care as i am only hope to my parents.can i have appointment to meet you sir.
