To the director of child services aka child protective services of the great commenwealth of Kentucky
We here by request nee demand the following on behalf of Ashley Hunter, a minor child. Ashley was removed from the physical and legal custody of her biological Mother Jeannine Hunter recently by the Kentucky child protection service due to false,slanderous and otherwise untrue allegations of Child Molestation placed against her Maternal grandfather by Lindsay Burden,Ashley's Older Sibling. Ashley has personally denied these allegations, and has place her allegation on tape. The Child protection service representative, known commomly as a social worker, has refused to believe these denials and is still denying Jeannie Hunter custody of her child. CPS has repeatedly returned custody to Lindsay despite several recent alltercations with the law, including being arrested and reports of drug abuse and alcholism. Lindsay is also allowing Ashley, A minor under 21, to consume alcohol and use iilegal and dangerous drugs including but not limited to Marijuana. Other drugs are suspected, Including one known attempt by the boyfriend of Ms Burden to place a drug substance in Ashley's drink. Ashley has began to show destructive behavior at school ,including starting fights. We the undersigned therefore request nee deman that you, the director of Child protection services act immediately, in regard to the best interest of the child and return Ashley Hunter, a Minor to the physical and Legal custody of her Biological Mother Jeannine Hunter as soon as may be fascilitated in respect to the laws and regulations of the great commonwealth, nee state of Kentucky.

I've known her brother Matthew for almost a year now and I've been there when he was fighting for custody of Ashley, he was so heartbroken when he didn't get custody of her but never stopped fighting for her.
