This petition shows the vast NYC/Brooklyn/Hoboken/Queens support, and out of state support, for Ian Walter Smith to relocate to Manhattan or one of its boroughs. Everyone who has met him whenever he has come to visit has really enjoyed his company, and thinks he'd make a fabulous addition to the area.
With this move, there will be no annoying SEPTA delays, bus break downs, train issues, and exhaustion from travel. There will be no Old City cockroach/mice infestations in his future apartment that he is privy to now in Philly. Those yummy cheesesteaks will be missed, BUT he won't have as many clogged arteries from them.
There will be more restaurants, bars, and activities for him to partake in. As for his potential future workplace? "Architects York and Sawyer modeled the Bank after Florentine palaces in Italy. The size of the building and its faзade molding suggest both the Pitti and Vecchio Palaces of Florence." Not too shabby!
Missing Tanya on the weekends in NYC? Miss no more. She'll be here way more often if he moves. :)
