Ignorance Is Definately Not Bliss

We want him gone because we think that as a character we feel he degrades Brooke. Every amount of growth personally that Brooke has had in the past six years goes down the drain the moment she takes him back. Because it'll be like she feels unworthy of finding someone to truly love her. He called her selfish when she was being nothing even close to selfish and that in and of itself is unredeemable.
Also, we think that the actor is arrogant and egotistical. He has made comments about the actors personal lives in the public that could be considered extremely unprofessional. And he's very ignorant and says baseless things about his character and his love interest, Brooke. Who we adore. We have an actor who has been on the show for six episodes acting like he's been on the show for six seasons. And his actions are insulting of fans, especially those who prefer Brooke and Lucas. The Brooke and Lucas fans have been a strong loyal fanbse for the past 6 years and have proven their loyalty through various fanprojects. The "Brucas League's" most recent project was auctioned off at the Charity Game for $500 after being signed by the entire cast including Joe Manganiello, the actor who plays Owen. He had praised the efforts made by the Brucas fans and now he is attacking this same fansbase in various interviews including a fan chat room. He has leaked spoilers for Episode 9 and told fans that he will be signed for more episodes. He also promised he will be part of the Sam-Brooke storyline which was originally planned to be a Brooke-Lucas storyline. The actress that plays Sam auditioned with Chad Michael Murray. Not only will Owen's role degrade Brooke's character, but it will also betray the loyalty the Brucas fans have given this show for the past 6 years.
