In Support of the Pairing of Carly and Lorenzo on General Hospital

We, the undersigned, urge you to consider the amazing chemistry between two General Hospital characters, Lorenzo Alcazar and Carly Corinthos, and between their portrayers, actors Ted King and Tamara Braun. We would love to see a pairing of these two fantastic characters and much more of them together onscreen. We call this pairing "CarLo" for short.
Carly and Lorenzo are two characters who were brought together this summer by an unusual set of circumstances. Neither was prepared for what would happen. Lorenzo, the ruthless businessman, took Carly as a "bargaining chip" to deal with her husband, mob boss Sonny. Little did he expect that he would bond so tightly with the pregnant Carly when she went into premature labor while staying on his yacht. These scenes betwen the vunerable Carly and the deeply concerned Lorenzo were filled with a natural chemistry rarely seen on soaps anymore. Ted King and Tamara Braun masterfully brought these two characters to life, giving them and their scenes together a breathtaking depth and relaxed naturalness that caught the attention of so many GH viewers. Lorenzo did not expect to begin to care for Carly, and Carly certainly did not expect to feel the friendship and trust she felt for Lorenzo. Together they are magic onscreen.
