Increase Blizzard Updates/Customer Service

To show Blizzard Entertainment that their customer service is horribly poor, server maintenance time is ridiculous, amount of bugs in software are unacceptable. We wish for more frequent updates, answers to our questions, and please fix the servers, or roll them back to opening day, when we had no problems.
