Please change the strategy of asking the users to review the iphone app once they are deleting it.
The current app rating procedure creates an unfair negative bias in the app ratings by selectively asking users who delete the app to provide a rating, whereas users who use the app do not get asked to provide a rating.
This is similar to asking a customer at a regular store if they liked a product they just returned.
Better strategies can be found like:
- ask the user when they open the app the 10th times
- ask them after 1 week
etc.
