We are a collection of Ipswich fans who have seen your link to our club and monitored developments with interest.

We understand that you have a complex decision to make as you look to choose the right club for personal and professional reasons. Millwall and Manchester United are fine clubs with many great traditions and added attractions but they are not Ipswich and they do not have the same consistent record for developing talents such as yourself. I am sure that Jason De Vos and Frank Yallop have given a glowing recommendation on this score.

Our Academy is our pride and joy, and the source of the majority of our success in the past decade. It is increasingly important as we look to reclaim our place in the Premiership, and we are seeing many outstanding youngsters forming the core of our present side at the top of the Championship, and hopefully in the Premiership in seasons to come. These players are fully encouraged in their international endeavours.

Right now we have an honest, hardworking and talented squad but we simply lack a right winger. It is our firm belief that you would be an instant addition to our team rather than just another number in the first team squad or reserves of another clubs. Simply put, you don't have any competition for a place at wide right midfield in our first team.

Obviously you have to make the decision in your own best interests and taking into account many factors. But if you want a footballing education and first team experience to further your international career than there really is no better place at the moment. Added to which, you will be welcomed with open arms by fans brought up on exciting, attacking football and team-mates who are encouraged to express their talent.
